Responsibilities:
- Tender Preparation:
- Review tender documents and specifications to understand requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and pricing.
- Prepare and compile tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the development of technical and commercial proposals.
- Tender Submission:
- Ensure timely submission of tenders within specified deadlines.
- Prepare and submit required supporting documents.
- Track and follow up on tender submissions.
- Tender Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive tender database and tracking system.
- Monitor tender progress and update relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in tender evaluation and selection processes.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all tendering regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tendering laws and industry best practices.
- Bid Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during the bidding process.
- Manage communication and information flow between departments.
- Post-Tender Activities:
- Assist in contract negotiation and award processes.
- Maintain records of tender outcomes and lessons learned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum: Diploma in Administration / Office Management or similar qualification.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the specified field.
- Ability to work and thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented.
